[Use when]

Use when you need to establish a world where the medium has replaced nature. Open on the signal, not the sky.

[Why it matters]

The most famous opening in cyberpunk works because it makes the artificial the weather. The sky is not described; the signal is. Nature has been replaced by broadcast and nobody in the scene finds that strange.
