Suffering, lack, and error are not punishments for wrongdoing but symptoms of one root cause: not knowing where you come from. Gnosis (saving knowledge) is the cure because it is total — the moment you truly know, the deficiency it explains simply stops existing. Diagnose any stuck, fearful, or broken state as a knowledge gap first, before you diagnose it as a character flaw or a sin.

[Use when]

Use when someone treats a failing or 'sinful' state as blame rather than understanding. Use when stuck in fear or anxiety and could instead ask what you don't yet know. Use when deciding between retraining people and punishing them.

[Why it matters]

It reframes problems as information problems rather than guilt problems. If deficiency is caused by ignorance, the correct response to a failing person or system is teaching, not punishment; the correct response to your own fear is seeking what you don't yet know, not self-condemnation. You don't add virtue on top of blindness; you remove the blindness and the symptom evaporates.
