No authority can hand you readiness, salvation, or entry into any 'kingdom': 'no one will ever enter the kingdom of heaven at my bidding, but (only) because you yourselves are full.' The state must already exist in you before any gate opens. Credentials, permissions, and invitations cannot substitute for a capacity you have to build yourself — and no one can admit you to a state you haven't already attained.

[Use when]

Use when someone waits for permission or a title before acting capable. Use when a leader tries to 'grant' motivation or skill that has to be grown from within. Use when you feel unready and are hoping an external stamp will fix it.

[Why it matters]

It kills the waiting-for-permission instinct. People defer their own readiness to an authority — a boss, a title, a gatekeeper, a leader's endorsement — but the gate only opens from the inside. You don't earn entry by being commanded into it; you arrive already full, and entry is recognition, not reward.
